Gladiators, Gregarious keep winning

Hornets Sporting Club came from behind to beat Baksibazar Club 50-44 in the Unimed Unihealth Premier Division Basketball League at Dhanmondi Woodenfloor Gymnasium in the capital yesterday.  Baksibazar led the first half 23-21.

 Swadhin (17) and Bappi (12) were the two leading scorer for Hornets.  Mahfuz and Niloy netted nine points each for Baksibazar.
Dhaka Gladiators kept their all-win record intact when they defeated Rangers Club 69-56 in another match of the day. Sohaib produced 20 points for Gladiators, while Sajib netted 12 points. On other hand Abir and Rusho netted 12 and points respectively for Rangers.
Like Gladiators,  The Gregarious also maintained their unbeaten run with a comfortable 95-72 win against Dhumketo Club in the other match of the day. The first half scores were 51-37 in favour of the winners. Mithun once again stole the show with a fine marksmanship slamming home 40 points for the winners.
