GPH Golf title goes to Mobin

Sixth GPH Golf Tournament-2017 was held on Friday at Bhatiary Golf and Country Club in Chittagong.

A total 133 golfers from home and abroad took part in the tournament.
Major General Md Jahangir Kabir Talukder, president of Bhatiary Golf and Country Club inaugurated the tournament as chief guest,, said a press release sent by Ovik Osman, media advisor of GPH Ispat Limited.
“The GPH will lead the steel sector by establishing modern equipment enriched world-class plant along with their current plant. The company is playing a commendable role in investing business as well as sports and CSR,” said Major General Jahangir.
Muhammad Jahangir Alam, chairman of GPH Ispat Limited said as special guest, “GPH is now working as development partner of government infrastructure development.”
The inaugural function was moderated by Lt Col (retd) Md Tofiqul Islam, vice-chairman of tournament organising committee while Madani M Imtiaz Hossain, ED Plant of GPH was present among others.
 Dr Mobinul Alam won the tournament while Azam Khan became first runner-up. The second and third runner-up titles went to Mamotaz Uddin Ahmed and Lt Col Zahidul Islam respectively. 
Lady winner was Misses Obaida Sayed, while S J Nizam clinched the senior title.
