FARIDPUR: LGRD and Cooperative Minister Engineer Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain said that the new generation has supported and accepted the Awami League by practicing the real history of Bangladesh and Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, reports BSS.The minister said, “The new generation is keen to practice the real history of Bangladesh and Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Through their practice of real history, they have taken the side of Awami League.”The BNP is showing their negative attitude in all respect becoming envious of the development work of premier Sheikh Hasina-led AL government. Their threat of so-called movement is futile, he added.The minister said this on Friday evening as a chief guest at Kobi Jasimuddin Hall in a discussion meeting on the occasion of the 98th birthday of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the National Children Day. It was arranged by Faridpur District Administration.Bangladesh will turn into the medium income based country before the targeted 2021, he said.
