New JP alliance this month

Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad yesterday said his party will form an alliance with 25-30 political parties this current month, reports UNB.
"We'll announce a combine by this month. There'll be 25-30 parties in the coalition. Five of them have registration with the Election Commission," he told reporters at his 'Palli Nibash' residence in the city. The Jatiya Party chief also described as positive the Supreme Court's verdict asking the government to return around Tk 615 crore collected from different business conglomerates and individuals during the army-backed caretaker government. He opposed the demand of Hefazat-e-Islam Bangladesh for removing the Greek sculpture installed in front of the Supreme Court.
