Award giving ceremony today

Shanto Mariam-CRI Confucius Classroom, Bangladesh will organise a certificate awarding ceremony at Creative Destination, Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology at Uttara in the capital today, says a press release.
Tao Yun, second secretary, Cultural Affairs of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, will be the Guest of Honour while Cai Chunlei, vice-president, Overseas Chinese Association in Bangladesh,  Shanto-Mariam Foundation Chairman Md Imamul Kabir Shanto, Vice Chairman Dr Ahsanul Kabir and Dr Golam Mostafa, Bangladeshi Director of CSCC,  will also present at the event.
Shanto Mariam-CRI Confucius Classroom, a Chinese language and culture institution of Shanto-Mariam Foundation and China Radio International (CRI), taught over 2000 students many of whom are employed in different firms and about 40 got scholarships for higher studies in China.
