Couple among 4 killed in crash

Four people, including a couple, were killed and 15 others injured in a head-on collision between a bus and a human hauler at Nimtali on Dhaka-Mawa highway in Sirajdikhan upazila in Munshiganj yesterday.
The deceased were identified as Rasel, 30, and his wife, Sima Begum, human hauler driver Ershad, 35, and Madhuri Akhter, 18, reports UNB.   
Assistant police super M Shamsuzzaman said the Mawa-bound bus carrying a consignment of hilsa collided head-on with a ‘leguna’ bound for Dhaka in the area around 6pm. The human hauler got twisted after the collision. Most of the victims were the occupants of leguna, he said.
