‘Initiative taken to thwart digital fraudulence’

Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed yesterday said the government would take initiative to thwart any digital fraudulence as part of its effort to ensure consumer rights, reports BSS.
"Following the growing popularity of e-commerce, there would be digital fraudulence .So, the government would form a committee with experts to adopt effective measures to ensure consumer rights in digital arena," he added.
The minister was addressing a seminar that organised to mark the World Consumer Rights Day  at TCB Auditorium in the capital.
