Tamim forced to be engaged in a spat with SAs De Kock

Sports Reporter

For the second time in the series, Bangladesh opener Tamim Iqbal was forced to be engaged in a spat with South African players. This time it was the Proteas wicket-keeper Quinton De Kock.
It looked that De Kock pushed Tamim by shoulder deliberately while the players of the two teams headed to dressing room after the lunch break was given. Tamim didn’t look pleased and took the matter to the umpires. However South Africa captain Hashim Amla intervened and pacified Tamim while Dale Steyn looked to keep his hand on Tamim’s shoulder in order to comfort him.
Both of Tamim and de Kock however were seen to be engaged in a verbal spat before the lunch session was taken. It looked de Kock sledged Tamim to which the batsmen replied. Their verbal spat seemed to be continued harsh way which resulted de Kock’s deliberate push.
Earlier during the first ODI, South African batsman Rilee Rossouw was fined 50 percent of his match fee to shoulder Tamim deliberately.
These days, Bangladeshi players are victimised by this kind of incident more often than not. Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni had recently made new pace sensation Mustafizur Rahman almost injured in what was his debut match by pushing him vigorously when trying to take runs. Bangladeshi fans believed Dhoni intentionally did it.
However, the match referee warned both the players and they have to pay fine from their match-fee.
