Youth held with three bombs in Chuadanga

Police arrested a young man along with three hand bombs from Kalidaspur village in Alamdanga upazila early yesterday. Tipped off, a team of police raided the house of Tutul Hossain, 30, son of Shahidul Islam, and arrested him at the dead of night, said Akram Hossain, officer-in-charge of Alamdanga Police Station. The law enforcers also recovered three hand bombs after searching Tutul’s house.
Tutul was wanted in two cases filed for committing robbery and possessing explosives with Alamdanga Police Station, the OC added.
