Comfortable win for Gladiators

Dhaka Gladiators outplayed Hornets Sporting Club 88-40 in the opening match of Unimed Unihealth  Dhaka Premier Basketball League at Dhanmondi Basketball Gymnasium. The winners led the first half 50-24. 

Ten teams are participating in the league. The teams are: The Gregarious Club, Dhaka Gladiators (Europa Youth), Dhumketo Club, Eagles Club Old DOHS, Rangers Club Hornets SC, Flame Boys, The Gregs and Baksibazar Club.
Unimed and Unihealth  Manufactures Ltd managing director M Mosaddeq Hossain inaugurated the league as chief guest. Bangladesh Basketball Federation president Dr  Mostafa Mohiuddin Jalal presided over the opening ceremony.
