Bangladeshi students achieved the ‘Best Performance Award’ at South Asian Universities Festival (SAUFEST)-2017, reports BSS.
The festival was held at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyala, Indore in India between February 28 and March 4 this year.
Led by University Grants Commission (UGC) Joint-Secretary Dr Md Fakhrul Islam, a total of 28 students from both public and private universities and three other officials of the UGC participated in the festival, said a UGC press release yesterday.
The students from Chittagong University, Khulna University, Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University, Comilla University, Bangladesh Textile University, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University, Daffodil International University, Bangladesh Army University of Science and Technology, Southeast University and BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology of Bangladesh joined the festival.
