�The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water� hits Jamuna Blockbuster

Jamuna Blockbuster, the country’s multiplex cinema theatre, is showing the much anticipated American  animated action-comedy film titled ‘The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water’  based on the Nickelodeon television series SpongeBob SquarePants, directed by  Paul Tibbitt, from Friday at the capital’s Jamuna Future Park.
The plot of the film is about, Burger-Beard the Pirate who steals the Krabby Patty secret formula using a magical book that makes any text written upon it come true. SpongeBob, Mr. Krabs, Squidward, Patrick, Sandy, and Plankton must travel to the surface and confront Burger-Beard in order to get the formula back.
During a fight between the Krusty Krab and Plankton, the secret formula disappears and all of Bikini Bottom goes into a terrible apocalypse. The Bikini Bottomites go crazy and they all believe that Spongebob and Plankton stole the secret formula. The two new teammates create a time machine to get the secret formula before it disappears and also go to some weird places along the way including a time paralex where they meet a time wizard named Bubbles who is a dolphin. The two later get to the time when the formula disappeared and take it back to the present day time. They then realized that it is a fake formula Plankton made when he was taking the real one and the Bikini Bottomites try to destroy Spongebob (Plankton runs away) Spongebob smells Krabby patties and so does everyone else, so the Bikini Bottomites follow it (instead of destroying Spongebob) and they arrive at the bank of the surface. Plankton, who been left on Pelican Island, becomes a muscle-bound hero named Plank-Ton and comes to assist them. After retrieving the formula, Plank-Ton and Invincibubble work together to create one final attack that sends Burger-Beard all the way to Bikini Atoll. Plankton, having learned the values of teamwork, returns the secret formula to Mr. Krabs, and the gang uses the final page’s magic to return home to Bikini Bottom. With Krabby Patties back, Bikini Bottom returns to order, and Plankton re-assumes his role as business rival, bringing things back to the status quo.
Starring Antonio Banderas as Burger Beard, the film also stars Tom Kenny, Clancy Brown, Rodger Bumpass, Bill Fagerbakke, Carolyn Lawrence, and Mr. Lawrence, among others. The seagulls were voiced by Peter Shukoff, Lloyd Ahlquist, Carlos Alazraqui, Eric Bauza, Tim Conway, Eddie Deezen, Nolan North, Rob Paulsen, Kevin Michael Richardson, April Stewart, Cree Summer, and Billy West.
‘The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water’ grossed $163 million in North America and $148.6 million in other territories for a total gross of $311.6 million worldwide, against a budget of $74 million.
The film premiered on January 28, this year in Belgium and the Netherlands, and on January 30 in Iceland, Mexico, and Taiwan. It was released on Digital HD on May 19, and on Blu-ray (2D and 3D) and DVD on June 2, 2015.
