State Minister for Women and Children Affairs Meher Afroze Chumki yesterday underscored the need for ensuring gender equality in all sectors of the country to achieve Vision-2021, Vision-2041 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reports BSS. "Development is not possible keeping women lagging behind. We will move forward through ensuring equal opportunity for women like men," she said while addressing as the chief guest an inaugural session of the "Banker-SME Women Entrepreneur Gathering and Product Display Fair-2017" at Bangladesh Mohila Samity in the capital.
