Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested two more accused in a case filed in connection with the murder of SSC examinee Adil in Bakolia area of Chittagong from Laxmipur and Chittagong districts yesterday morning, reports UNB.
Tipped off, a team of the elite force conducted a drive in Bhatiali area in Sitakunda upazila in Chittagong district and arrested Alamgir around 4 am, said Nimtanur, senior superintendent of police.
According to Alamgir's statement, a team of Rab-7 conducted a drive at Char Alekjander in Ramgati upazila of Laxmipur district and arrested Tushar around 7 am, said Nimtanur.
Earlier on February 25, Wachhinur Rahman Adil, who was examinee of the ongoing SSC examinations from Chittagong Ideal School and College, was stabbed to death and his father Badiul Alam Bachchu injured during a clash in Bakolia area of Chittagong city.
Adil's maternal uncle Nazrul Islam filed a case accusing 10 people in this connection.
