Man killed in road mishap

RAJSHAHI: A trader was killed and another injured in a road mishap at Shibpur area on Rajshahi-Natore highway of the district on Monday night, reports BSS.
The deceased was identified as Sadeque Ali, 38. The identity of the injured person couldn't be known yet. He was admitted to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital with serious injuries.
Quoting locals Hafizur Rahman, Inspector (Investigation) of Puthiya Police Station, said that the accident occurred when a truck knocked them down while they were going to a nearby area riding on a motorbike. Sadeque Ali died on the spot.
