Youth stabbed dead in city

A young man was stabbed to death by miscreants at E-Block of Mirpur Section-12 in the city on Wednesday night, reports UNB.
The victim was identified as Saiful Islam, 20, son of Shamsur Rahman, hailing from Mymensingh district.
Victim's father Shamsur Rahman said two unknown youths stabbed Saiful repeatedly in the area at 8:30pm on Wednesday, leaving him critically injured.
Saiful was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where doctors declared him dead at 10:00pm, said Bachchu Miah, a sub-inspector in-charge of DMCH police camp.
