Recently, ten young photographers from the Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences in Norway spent three days taking photographs in Kunming. The activity showed this dynamic city through their eyes, marking the debut of the third China-Norway-Bangladesh International Photography Workshop in Kunming.
This is the first time the ten photographers visited China and Yunnan province. They wandered through the streets and turned their lenses on Kunming Metro Stations, Tuodong Stadium, Central Park, Chenggong University Town and other landmarks. They used their cameras to reveal Kunming as a constantly developing, prosperous, multi-cultural and harmonious metropolis.
The China-Norway-Bangladesh International Photography Workshop was jointly started in 2015 by Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences in Norway, Pathshala School of Photography in Bangladesh and the Yunnan Fairyland School of Photography, China. It is designed to promote exchanges among photographers from the three countries. So far, two sessions of the workshop have been held.
