AIBL Capital gets new chair, vice-chair

Khalilur Rahman and Liakat Ali Chowdhury have been elected as chairman and vice-chairman of AIBL Capital Market Servises Limited, a subsidiary company of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd, respectively, the company said in a statement yesterday. 
They were elected unanimously in the 41st meeting of the board of the company held in the capital recently. 
Rahman is the president of Chittagong Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industries. He is also the director of Pragati Insurance Ltd, and National Bank Ltd, vice president of Bangladesh Inland Container Depot Association (BICDA).  
Liakat Ali Chowdhury is the managing director of Bangladesh Ship Ltd and OL& M Builders Ltd, the statement added.
