Dariapur bridge re-construction work starts

Gaibandha: The re-construction work of a 44-metre long bridge over the Manash River at Dariapur bazaar on Gaibandha-Sundarganj road in Sadar upazila has started recently, reports BSS.
The bridge is constructing under the supervision of Roads and Highways Department (RHD) at a cost of Taka over 5.5 crore while the government of Bangladesh is providing the fund, office sources said.The old bridge on the river had already been broken and the re-construction work for the bridge is going on in full swing amid much enthusiasm to all the concerned and the locals.
