Tisha in Int’l Mother Language Day tele-drama

Popular actress Nustar Imroze Tisha will play a role in a new tele-drama titled ‘Uttaradhikar’. She is cast opposite Intekhab Dinar.
Scripted by Sarwar Reza and directed by Tuhin Hossain, the drama will be telecast on International Mother Language Day.
“Audience heartthrobs like Intekhab Dinar and Tisha acted in the play, but I felt no pressure, because both of them are fantastic artistes. We enjoyed the shooting. Dinar and Tisha had to wake up every morning at 5am as per the demand of the shooting schedule. It was fun,” said Tuhin Hossain.
The shooting of the tele-drama was completed at various locations of Manikganj district.
In the drama, Tisha’s role is called Chanja while Dinar’s role is called Borkat. Other artistes are Jahurul Islam Kislu, Daisy Ahmed and others.
The story of the play revolves around Chanja, who returns to Bangladesh to research on language evolution after completing her study. However, her research is not for the love of her native language, but to excel in her academic career. A local schoolteacher comes forward to help her. Eventually, Charja realises her mistake when she sees Borkat’s love for the mother language. Charja realises that her language is her legacy.
The tele-drama will be aired on NTV at 9:05pm on February 21.
