At least 15 people were injured as a rabid dog attacked them at Sirajdikhan upazila from Thursday evening to Friday morning in Munshiganj, reports UNB. Nazrul Islam, union parishad chairman of Shekharnagar union, said that the dog bit at least 15 people of Boram, Araibaria, Goshnagar, Chitracoat and Gopalpur villages of the upazila from Thursday evening to Friday 10am. Among the injured, Shuvo Rajbanghshi, 8, Sadia Akhter, 7, Bithi Akhter, 8, Shachindra Mandal, 60, Mahin, 10, Bikash, 11, Yamin, 38, were brought to the capital and admitted at a Mahakhali hospital as the Sirajdikhan Upazila Health Complex, where the victims were taken first, ran out of rabied vaccines.
