“I will never reach the standards of Deepika, Priyanka in Hollywood!”
Sonam Kapoor is hunting for movies in Hollywood says she will never reach the standards of success attained by Deepika Padukone Priyanka Chopra, reports Filmibeat
A lot of questions have been asked on Sonam Kapoors Hollywood debut and finally the actress has signed up with the UTA (United Talent Agency) in America, and theyve already begun the search to find her the best Hollywood projects. However, Sonam said that the parameters of choosing a movie remains the same; be it Bollywood or Hollywood, she only wants to do good roles and will not jump into everything that comes her way. She said,
I am looking for the same kind of roles that I am looking forward to when it comes to Bollywood. I want to do good roles even in Hollywood. Theres no difference. Wherever I get the best work, I will work there. Even if its in China. It doesnt matter which industry it is. When asked if she has liked any project yet, she quipped No, not yet,
Now that Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra have made their mark in Hollywood, comparisons are bound to happen when Sonam Kapoor joins the bandwagon and the actress revealed that she can never reach their standards of success abroad. She said,
I think they are doing very good work and I hope I can do as well as them. I dont think I will ever reach their standard. I am okay with the comparisons because I dont think Ill ever be as good as them. They are doing very, very well and I just hope I can do a fraction of what they are doing. I will be very happy with that much.
