The New York Times, one of the world's most influential newspapers, featured icddr,b's decades-long legacy in battling cholera and the history of innovating treatment that saved millions of lives till this day, reports BSS.
The article, originally published on February 6, was reprinted as the front page cover story of its February 11-12 International Edition.
Commenting on the unprecedented coverage, icddr,b's Acting Chief Operating Officer and Principal Communications Lead, Catherine Spencer, said this would further fuel our passion towards creating a world in which more people survive and enjoy healthy lives.
