A day-long workshop and exhibition regarding review of innovative pilot projects on citizen services was held yesterday at the auditorium of Department of Social Services (DSS).
Organised jointly by Cabinet Division, DSS and Access to Information (a2i) programme of Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the workshop titled “Workshop on Service Innovation in DSS: Capturing Best Practices” was inaugurated by PMO Principal Secretary Dr Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury.
