BNP created hazy political situation: Inu

Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu yesterday said the BNP has created a total hazy political situation through placing the proposal for a poll-time government and the party might have an evil design in its participation in dialogue on reconstitution of Election Commission (EC) and cooperation with the EC Search Committee, reports BSS from Kushtia. The information minister expressed the apprehension while talking to BSS correspondent at Kushtia Circuit House this morning. Inu said the motive of the BNP will become clear
only when the party accepted the EC to be constituted by the President and participated in the next general election. Expressing his surprise, the minister said despite resorting to undemocratic activities in politics for a long time by the BNP and its coalition partners the party finally joined the dialogue and cooperated with the EC Search committee. Kushtia Deputy Commissioner Md Zahir Raihan, officials of the local administration and president of Kushtia district unit of JASOD (Inu) Golam Mohsin, among others, were present on the occasion.
