Birth anniv of justice Abu Sayeed today

The ninety fifth birth anniversary of leading organiser of War of Liberation former president Justice Abu Sayeed Chowdhury will be observed today, says a press release.

To mark the day Justice Abu Sayeed Chowdhury National Memorial Council will arrange a memorial meeting. Justice Abu Sayeed Chowdhury was born in 31 January 1921 at Nagbari in the district of Tangail. 
Justice Chowdhury resigned as vice chancellor of Dhaka University in March 15, 1971 in protest of killing of two students by Pakistani occupation 
army.
