Today is the birthday of Salauddin Lavluan immensely popular actor-director of the countrys entertainment industry. There will be no celebration on the occasion of his birthday today; rather, he will remain busy all day long with his office work on his birthday. Salauddin Lavlu said about his birthday, With everyones prayers, I am fine. I will spend some quality time with my family today. Salauddin Lavlu as an actor made his TV play debut with the drama Din Ratrir Khela directed by Abdullah Yusuf Imam. His first drama serial was KM Harun-directed Shangkita Padajatra. Then, he acted in the countless tele-dramas and drama serials till now.
On the other hand, before coming to TV media, Salauddin Lavlu on behalf of theatre troupe Aranyak acted in several stage plays, such as Ora Kodom Ali, Iblish, Sat Purusher Rwin, Ginipik and others. Even from the beginning, he was the member of the three-member directorial team of the troupe. Later on, he also directed street plays on different occasions. Besides, Lavlus first directorial TV play was Kautab. Written by Masum Reza, the play was aired on Bangladesh Television in 1996. He made the first ever drama serial for Ekushey TV titled Gahargachi, which was scripted by Hafiz Redu. The drama serial received huge admiration from the viewers in that time. Then, numerous drama serials, made under his direction, such as Ronger Manush, Bhaber Hat, Sakin Sarisuri, Gharkutum, Kabuliyatnama, The Village Engineer, Kharkuto and others earned appreciation. Right this moment, a drama serial titled Sonar Pakhi Rupar Pakhi is being aired regularly on Channel i every Saturday and Sunday at 8pm.
