RANGPUR: Technical training always provides practical knowledge with skill and works as the driving force for any person in achieving self-reliance and success in personal life, reports BSS. The observation came at concluding ceremony of a five-week long technical training course for female Ansar-VDP members on ‘Repairing and maintenance of mobile phone sets’ at Regional Vocational Training Centre here on Saturday afternoon.
The course was arranged for minimum SSC passed Ansar-VDP members of the 18-35 year age group under its Training Programme to turn them into skilled workforce for achieving self-reliant through income generation activities. Twenty-four female Ansar-VDP platoon members from Rangpur, Dinajpur, Thakurgaon, Panchagarh, Naogaon and Chapainawabganj districts participated in the course to enhance their skill and expertise on mobile phone repairing and maintenance.
Rangpur Divisional Range Director of Ansar-VDP Kazi Shakhawat Hossain attended the ceremony and distributed certificates as the chief guest with District Commandant of Ansar-VDP Abdus Samad in the chair.
