BNP leader airlifted to S’pore for treatment

Harunur Rashid Khan Monno, an industrialist and BNP chairperson’s adviser, was airlifted to Singapore on Friday evening as he fell sick seriously, reports UNB.
Monno was flown to Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital in an air ambulance for better treatment, said a BNP press release.
He was admitted to the capital’s Square Hospital on Thursday as he has been suffering from respiratory and neurological problems, it said.
As his condition deteriorated, Monno was flown to Singapore for better treatment, the release added.
