NU first convocation today

The first convocation of National University (NU) will be held at 3 pm today at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the capital, reports BSS.
President Abdul Hamid, also chancellor of the university, will preside over the convocation, a press release of NU said.
Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will attend the convocation as the guest of honour while Chairman of University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh will attend as the convocation speaker.
A total of 4,934 students including 3,137 female students have been registered to collect their certificates.
