RAB recover looted firearms

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) -7 yesterday recovered five firearms and 189 rounds bullets that were looted from an Ansar and VDP platoon barrack near a Rohingya refugee camp in Technaf eight months ago. RAB, on Monday night, arrested the masterminds behind that operation -- Abul Kalam Azad, Khairul Amin and Hasan Ahmed. Based on the information given by them, RAB conducted an operation from early yesterday at remote hills of Teknaf. The team later recovered the firearms and bullets from Puran Para of Tumbru area. The persons who were arrested are all Rohyngas.
