A 19-member new executive committee of Rangpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) has been elected unopposed for the 2015-2017 biennial term, reports BSS from Rangpur.
Abdul Kashem, Mostafa Ahmed and Mozammel Haque Dambel have been elected unopposed the president, senior vice-president and vice-president of RCCI respectively, says a press release.
Habibur Rahman Raja, Azizul Islam Mintu, Partho Bose, Enamul Haque Sohel, Moazzem Hossain Lablu, Akbar Ali, Rabiul Islam Mridul, Amjad Hossain Chowdhury, Ashraful Alam Al-Amin, Sattyajeet Kumar Ghosh, Golam Zakaria Pintu, Mamunur Rashid Mamun, Ajoy Prasad Babon, Zaved Hossain and Ramakrishna Somani have been elected RCCI directors unopposed.
Besides, Moshiur Rahman Ranga has been elected as representative director of RCCI.
Chairman of RCCI Election Board Atoar Rahman Sarker announced the results in Rangpur yesterday in presence of other RCCI Election Board members Osman Ali Mian and Avijeet Roy at RCCI Board Room.
