Journos’ to hold demo Jan 18

Journalists of the country will hold demonstrations on January 18 demanding immediate announcement of ninth wage board for both print and electronic media, reports BSS.
In a meeting of Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ) executive committee yesterday at National Press Club with BFUJ president Manjurul Ahsan Bulbul in the chair, the journalist leaders expressed their strong annoyance as information ministry failed to announce the wage board within the timeframe fixed by it during a discussion with the leaders earlier.
