Woman detained with yaba

RAJSHAHI: During an anti-crime operation, police arrested a woman with 2,200 pieces of yaba tablets and 200 grams of heroin in Godagari Upazila headquarters area of the district yesterday noon, reports BSS.
The arrested was Nadia Akter, 23, wife of Kaosar Ali of Jodgosai village under the same upazila.
On a tip-off, a police team conducted a raid in Godagari Degree College area at around 12.30 pm and arrested her with the contraband items, said SM Farhad Hossain Khan, Officer-in-Charge of Godagari police station.
