Bangladesh National Museum (BNM) has organized a solo musical evening with one of the most popular singer in London and Bangladesh Nahid Nazia tomorrow at 6pm, at the Sufia Kamal Auditorium of BNM in the capital’s Shahbag. Nahid Nazia regularly performed modern, flok and Nazrul songs as a higher a grade enlisted artist since 1980 on Bangladesh Betar and TV Channels in Bangladesh including BTV, Channel i, ATN Bangla, NTV and as well as many TV Channel in India and The USA. Many of her music video and live performance telecasted on Tara TV, Kolkata for the last 15 years. Nahid Nazia has performed Live in many countries of Europe, Asia, America, Australia and created Seven Albums. The last one was with renowned Bollywood Singer Shaan, Babul Suprio and Binodh Rathode. Her First Album was published in 1991. The Eighth Album named ‘Premer Joarey’ (Rabindra Sangeet) was published on July 2015 and the Ninth Album named ‘Chirodin Suchitra-Uttam’ with singer Soumya Bose, poet Syed Al Farooque and reciter-presenter Anindita Kaji was also published in the same year.
