Intl confce on terrorism at DU today
A two-day international conference on terrorism will begin at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban of Dhaka University today, says a press release. DU Criminology Department is organising the conference, said Prof Dr Zia Rahman, chair of the department. Inspector General of Police AKM Shahidul Hoque will be present at the opening session on Saturday as the chief guest while Dutch Ambassador Leoni Margaretha Cuelenaere as a special guest with DU Vice-chancellor Prof AAMS Arefin Siddique in the chair.
