The Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD), a student wing of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has drawn up an elaborate programme to celebrate its 38th founding anniversary today.
The programmes, include cutting cakes marking the anniversary at the party central office at 12 am and will also place wreaths at the grave of late President Ziaur Rahman on January 2, sources said.
