�Housewives�: A fresh drama serial starts airing from tonight

A new drama serial titled Housewives, scripted by Tazin Khan and Nazakat Khan and directed by Akram Khan, is set to start airing on Maasranga TV from tonight. A number of audience-admired actors, including Dipa Khandakar, Munira Yusuf Memy, Sweety, Tamalika Karmakar, Chandi, Farah Ruma, Elora Gowhar, Rokeya Prachi, Joyshri Kar Joya, Arman Parvez Murad and Shahed Ali Sujan will be seen playing different roles in the drama serial.
Lifestyle of people in the country has already been changed pretty much with time. How the housewives of Dhaka city keep pace with that change from their own positions the plot of the drama serial evolves around this subject matter. In the story, a group of housewives who lead their lives centring kitty parties often visit the house of a colonels wife. The rich and politically influential housewife (Colonels wife) also enjoys the matter. Among the housewives, Naznin and Labonno are especially the favourites to her. They visit that house almost everyday. Besides, other housewives such as Reshma, Natasha, Sujata, Iva and Shelly join the party after completing their everyday works.
The story of the drama serial primarily begins with six housewives and then, a number of housewives eventually join and leave the circle. The entry of each housewife to the circle produces all new stories. The drama serial will move forward with a series of interesting events and stories of joy and sadness of the housewives. The drama serial will be aired on every Sunday to Wednesday at 8:40 pm.
