Along with the successful publication of a three-book series containing 100 volumes, the Ancient Books of the Naxi Dongba Nationality, the Complete Collection of Chinese Pattra-leaf Scriptures, and Notes on Bimo Scriptures of the Yi Nationality, Yunnan’s three-decade project for salvaging and protecting ancient minority books has achieved great results. According to government statistics, Yunnan has spent more than 100 million yuan for this cultural project.
