Quader visits Manna at hospital

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader yesterday visited Nagarik Oikya Convener Mahmudur Rahman Manna at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) in the capital. Quader went to the hospital with flowers, inquired about Manna’s health condition and stayed there for nearly half an hour. Manna, a former organising secretary of Awami League, was released on bail on December 18 after serving jail terms for nearly 22 months in two cases filed on charges of sedition and inciting the army. Due to various physical complexities, he was admitted to the BSMMU on Wednesday.
