Faridpur: The bullet-hit body of a suspected robber was found near a brick kiln at Laxmipur village in Sadar upazila on Thursday, reports UNB.Being informed by locals, police recovered the bullet-hit body of Shahadat Sheikh, 35, son of Abdul Malek Sheikh of Rahimpur village, from near a brick kiln in the morning, said Nazimuddin Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Kotwali Police Station.The OC said Shahadat was member of an inter-district robber gang and he was wanted in a number of cases.Police suspected that Shahadat might have been killed by his fellows over an internal feud, he added.Police sent the body to Faridpur Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
