A full-length feature film titled ‘Ek Prithibi Prem’, starring popular actress Airin Sultan as the heroine, is going to hit a number of 50 cinemas across the country, including the capital’s Star Sineplex, Balaka Cineworld and Shaymoli Cinema Hall today. Directed by SA Haque Alik, popular actor Asif has acted opposite Airin in the film.
The film has been made based on a unique type of love story. The director tried to explain the love in a different manner through the film.
Actress Airin is quite enthusiastic and hopeful about the film. She said, “SA Haq Alik was very supportive as a director. In order to portray my character in an appropriate manner, I had a lot of discussions with him. Overall, I was able to make my character shine out for the film. The role I played was also a big challenge for me. Also, the senior artistes, who have acted in the film, were extremely generous and kind enough to help me out. I am very hopeful about the success of ‘Ek Prithibi Prem’.”
In addition to Airin and Asif, four veteran actors Syed Hasan Imam, ATM Shamsuzzaman, Abul Hayat, Amirul Haq Chowdhury will be seen in the film. Besides, Sharmili Ahmed played an import role in the film, while Bipasha Kabir will appear in an item song.
ATM Shamsuzzaman told DhakaLive, “I am eagerly waiting to see the film in cinema hall because I did not act in a film recently which portrays such a nice story. Alik is a brilliant director. I am really impressed to work under his direction. While we were in shooting we entered into the depth of the story and never felt that we did any shooting.  I would like to request the audience to go to cinema hall and enjoy the film.”
Alik said about the film, “I want to say in my own way that the film ‘Ek Prithibi Prem’ is a film of times, story and audience choice, which will help society to raise awareness. My earnest request to everyone for watching the film in the cinema halls.”
