Trust Technical Training Institute (TTTI) , a vocational training institute operating by Bangladesh Army, distributed certificates and prizes among the students of July-December 2016 session yesterday held at its auditorium in the city.
Principal of the institute Lieutenant Colonel (retd) Mohammed Asadur Rahman Khan psc presided over the programme while the managing director of Bangladeh Machine Tools Factory (BMTF) Major General Mohammed Jahangir Al Mustahidur Rahman spoke as the chief guest. Vice principal of the institute Major (retd) Shaymolendu Kobiraj, senior military officers of Gazipur cantonment were present in the programme.
TTTI sources said, total 888 students among 263 students from Bangladesh Army, 27 students from Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) , 10 students from VDP and 588 general students completed different trade courses in July-December 2016 session.
The Bangladesh Army established the Trust Technical Training Institute (TTTI) at the campus of Bangladesh Machine Tools Factory in Gazipur in 2009 to provide technical training to the youths in the country and make them as skilled manpower as well as create employment opportunity.
