Human Rights Day observed in Barisal

International Human Rights Day observed in city with a day long programme including holding human chain, rally and discussion. Barisal Manbadhikar Dibas Udzapan Parshad formed a human chain in front of Ashwini Kumar Town Hall premises. 

Dr Habibur Rahman, convenor of the Parshad presided over the programme that was addressed among others by Suvangkar Chakrabarty, Prof Shah Sazeda, Jiban Krishna Dey, Rahima Sultana Kazal Ranjeet Datta. Later a human chain was also formed at Sadar road of the city.
Barisal Sammilita Manabadhikar jot organized a colorful rally to marked the day. The rally brought out from the Sader Road and paraded almost all the main road of the town.
