Xinhua, PHNOM PENH: Coca-Cola Company, the world’s largest beverage supplier, on Monday inaugurated its new 100-million-US-dollar production facility at the Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone.
With the new facility, the United States beverage behemoth will be capable to triple its current output in Cambodia to about 65 million unit cases per year, in which a case contains 24 beverages.
Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen presided over the inauguration ceremony and said the new factory, built on a parcel of 12 hectares, employs 817 Cambodian workers.
