GenX Nano Automatik hits market

Tata Motors together with Nitol Motors yesterday announced the launch of GenX Nano Automatik, a new compact, feature-rich hatchback for the trendy, youthful, bold and stylish customer. 

The announcement was made at a launching programme of the vehicle held at a hotel in the capital where Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu was present as the chief guest.  
Although the price of GenX Nano Automatik has been fixed at Tk 8,95,000 for the XTA variant, consumers can avail a discount of Tk 1 lakh till January 31, thanks to the Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu.
During the ceremony, Amir Hossain Amu urged Chairman of Nitol- Niloy Group Abdul Matlub Ahmad to offer a discount of Tk 1 lakh on the car to make it more desirable for interested customers. 
And, Matlub Ahmad duly agreed with the minister and instantly offered Tk 1 lakh discount on GenX Nano Automatik till January 31 during the programme.
Amu also said: “GenX Nano can be manufactured in Bangladesh. Currently, we are assembling Nano cars in some areas of Bangladesh, but we want to shift our industry from assembling to manufacturing.”
The present government is committed to build robust manufacturing industries for the betterment of the country’s economy to move forward. Amu also added.
