Another victim of the Ashulia match factory fire succumbed to her injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) early yesterday, reports UNB.
The deceased was identified as Sokhina, 25, who received 22 percent burn injuries in the fire that broke out at a warehouse of ‘Colour Match BD’ at Jirabo Fulbagan at Ashulia in Savar upazila on November 22.
Sokhina died at the burn unit of the hospital around 5:00 am, said sub-inspector Bachchu Miah, in-charge of DMCH police camp.
Earlier, three of the burn-injured women died at the same hospital. Thirty female workers sustained burn injuries in the fire incident.
