Rahman made advisor to Myanmar telecoms dept

Mashid Rahman has recently joined as the Advisor to the government of Myanmar in the Posts and Telecommunications Department under the Ministry of Transport and Communication  says a press release.

A telecom industry expert with 15 years’ multi-disciplinary experience across North America, Africa and Asia with a focus in New Business Development, Strategy & Policy Formulation, Mashid Rahman had earlier worked as the country advisor for UBER and prior to that he held executive position in Banglalink in Bangladesh. 
Trained at A T Kearney and EDS, Fortune 500 Company, Mashid also served as the project manager for Abu Dhabi Group UAE for the deployment of four green field mobile telecom projects in Africa and Asia, the statement added.
Mashid has over USD 1 billion project delivery experience across three continents and 6 different countries is also the pioneer certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in the Bangladesh. He is educated in the United States.
