ICAB honours 34 corporate entities

34 corporate entities under 11 categories have excelled in corporate reporting, as a consequence, they have received Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) national award for best presented annual reports in 2015. 

The winners received the ICAB national awards at a ceremony, which was organised by ICAB, held at a hotel in the capital on Tuesday.  
Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed attended as a chief guest and Dr Mashiur Rahman, economic affairs adviser to the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, was present as a special guest at the programme.

important to understand the financial reporting and accounting activities. The concept and terminology of accounting are also important to the government financial sector as well.
