Sunny reported for suspected action again

Rangpur Riders left-arm spinner Arafat Sunny as the second bowler reported for his suspected bowling action in the ongoing BPL after Kevon Cooper.

During the match against Rajshahi Kings, umpires reported to BPL Governing Council that Arafat Sunny’s bowling action is doubtful. Umpires informed that Sunny’s first delivery of the 19th over has been drawn their attention to be suspected. Rangpur Riders lost the match to Rajshahi Kings by 49 runs.   
BPL technical Committee and Bowling Action Reviewing Committee chairman Jalal Younus admitted the matter of Arafat Sunny and said that they will decide the matter after the end of the BPL.
“We will watch the video and analysis it by our expert. Thereafter, we will take our decision after the conclusion of the BPL,” said Jalal Younus.
In addition, Arafat Sunny along with Taskin Ahmed were reported during the ICC World T20 2016. Therefore, both of them proved their bowling action legal by remodeling their action last few months ago. In BPL, Arafat Sunny yet again suspected for his bowling action.
